Late Appointment & Non-Refundable Services Policy
At Mevak Studio, we value your time and strive to provide the best service experience. Please note the following policies:
Late Appointments: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of the studio.
A late fee may apply if accommodations can still be made.
Non-Refundable Services:
All payments for services are final and non-refundable.
Deposits made to secure appointments are also non-refundable but may be transferable with at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling.
